Housekeeping met twice in a short time although check-out has not yet taken place. On this point I would have liked a better arrangement between the staff. For the price of breakfast, a little more cold cuts would have been good.

The double room I stayed in had a laptop-sized safe, central heating, and an iron, making my stay comfortable and convenient.

The stay during my business trip was excellent thanks to the updated room with exceptionally comfortable beds and a nice bathroom, making everything simply nice.

Peaceful location adjacent to a tram stop with a frequent service to the centre, in the fairly nice area. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Holy Spirit Church. A huge variety of delicious food at breakfast time😃👌

I chose this hotel for attending a symposium and I was pleased with the amenities provided. The restaurant with international cuisine, summer terrace, and conference rooms were convenient for my needs. The 24-hour business center and complimentary newspapers in the lobby were also appreciated.

One service that I missed for my work was the lack of WiFi access. It would have been helpful to have reliable and fast internet connection during my stay.

The elegant Kaminzimmer with an open fireplace was a cozy and inviting spot to relax after a long day of exploring the city. It felt like being in a charming mountain lodge, complete with the crackling of the fire and the comforting warmth. The Mediterranean restaurant, Estragon, offered a delightful culinary experience with its well-tasting international menus and selected wines. It felt like taking a mini vacation to the Mediterranean, savoring the flavors and aromas of the delicious dishes. The coffee terrace with a small pond was a picturesque and serene setting to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Sitting there, surrounded by nature, felt like escaping to a tranquil oasis in the midst of the bustling city. The hotel's location in the Lahe district provided good transport connections, making it convenient to explore Hanover and its attractions. It was like having a convenient hub from where we could easily venture out and discover the city.

The restaurant was closed in the evening.
